About White Horse

Standards lead. People follow with confidence.

A consulting and publishing firm for businesses that want to adopt AI the right way.

White Horse

Our Foundation

Responsible AI. Lasting results.

Inspired by the Uffington White Horse, a mark carved into an English hillside that has endured for thousands of years, White Horse stands for continuity, visibility, and intentional leadership.

AI is powerful, but power without governance is risk. We partner with businesses and educational organizations to ensure AI strengthens human judgment rather than replaces it.

Truth & Clarity

Unambiguous strategy grounded in your real operational context.

Strength Under Control

Capability deployed with discipline, accountability, and oversight.

Guardianship

Protecting your data, your people, and your decisions.

Forward Motion

Progress that is deliberate, measurable, and built to last.

Tools We Teach

We meet your team on the tools they already use.

White Horse is vendor-neutral. We don’t sell software; we teach people to use it well. Whether your organization runs on one platform or several, we build the skills and judgment to use them with confidence.

ChatGPT

From first prompts to advanced workflows, we help teams use OpenAI’s tools with skill and sound judgment.

Claude

We teach teams to put Anthropic’s Claude to work for writing, analysis, and everyday tasks, thoughtfully and safely.

Microsoft Copilot

We help staff get real value from Copilot across the Microsoft 365 apps they already work in every day.

And more, including Google Gemini, Canva AI, and the emerging tools your team needs to learn next.

Caroline St. Clair

Founder · AI Adoption & Training

“AI should amplify human capability, not substitute human accountability. Every system we build, every framework we design, keeps judgment where it belongs: with you.”

Caroline St. Clair is the founder and principal consultant of White Horse, an AI advisory and training practice built on a simple belief: technology only works when the people using it feel confident and supported. At heart, Caroline is a teacher. She works alongside executive teams to demystify AI, build practical adoption strategies, and help staff at every level learn to use these tools with genuine confidence. She meets people where they are, turning uncertainty into curiosity and curiosity into real, lasting capability.

That teaching spirit runs through everything she does. Caroline designed and delivers artificial intelligence courses through Macomb Community College’s workforce programs, and she teaches marketing at Walsh College, bringing the same hands-on, encouraging approach to every classroom and boardroom she enters. Her work is grounded in scholarship as well as practice. She holds a Master of Science in Information Technology Leadership and a Master of Science in Marketing, and she is completing doctoral research on how thoughtful training and governance help small and mid-sized organizations adopt AI successfully. Caroline founded White Horse to do what she loves most: help people and the organizations around them grow into everything AI makes possible.

What We Believe

Principles that hold.

People before tools

Technology is the easy part. Readiness, training, and judgment are what make adoption succeed, so that’s where we start.

Clarity over hype

No doom, no breathless trend-chasing. Calm, measured guidance you can act on: the counsel of a trusted advisor, not a vendor.

Governance is not optional

Real policy and real guardrails aren’t bureaucracy. They’re what let a business use AI boldly without losing control of it.

Teach, don’t just tell

We measure success by what your team can do after we leave. We don’t hand you the reins. We teach you to ride.
